Learning cultures through food
I was born and reiased in Italy. Over the past 20 years I have lived in England, Ireland, Northern Ireland, Quebec, Ontario, the Canary Islands, and France. Over time, I have incorporated new ingredients, flavors, and techniques in my everyday cooking, evolving my skills and sensitivities. Place to Plate is a collection of recipes that draw from different culinary traditions and adapted to my Italian heritage. Most of the these recipes are plant-based (vegan or vegetarian).
