You might have heard of a PBJ – Peanut Butter and Jelly – toast, but have you ever tried a PBB? Peanut butter and banana toasts are great to start the morning with some protein and still have a sweet breakfast. They’re put together in no time and taste great. Plus, because bananas are quite sweet on their own, we like to use all natural peanut butter, with no salt or sugar added. As we always like to top our toasts with some kind of seeds, here we used chia.
