  • Mixer/Food processor

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of parsley (curly or flat leaf)

  • 1 garlic clove

  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Prep the ingredients

Peel the garlic clove and half it with a knife. Rinse and pat dry the fresh parsley leaves. Squeeze half a lemon.

Process

Put all the ingredients in the food processor or a mixer. Process until smooth. Adjust with salt and pepper and mix again.

Serve

Use directly to top your dishes or store refrigerated in a jar with a lid for up to three days.

Notes

Only use fresh parsley and garlic. Dried ingredients will not give flavor to the sauce.
