Ingredients

  • 6 small apricots

  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup

  • 1/2 cup coconut yogurt

  • 2 tablespoons dark chocolate chips

  • 2 tablespoons granola

Instructions

Chop the apricots

Rinse well the apricots, remove the stems, halve them, remove the stems, and chop them.

Layer the parfait and serve

Place the apricots to the bottom of the jar to completely cover its bottom. Drizzle with maple syrup and cover with a generous layer of yogurt. Add the remaining apricots, sprinkle with chocolate chips and top with the granola. Serve immediately and enjoy!
