Ingredients

  • 4 slices of fresh pineapple (peeled)

  • 4 tablespoons mango-flavored yogurt

  • 2 tablespoons mango coulis

  • 2 mint leaves

Instructions

Chop the pineapple

Chop the pineapple slices into bite-sized chunks.

Layer the parfait

Spoon the pineapple into the jar to cover its bottom, add two tablespoons yogurt to cover completely the fruit, cover with the remaining pineapple and drizzle with mango coulis.

Garnish and serve

Garnish with two mint leaves and serve immediately. Enjoy!
