Ingredients

  • 1/2 fresh pineapple, cored and peeled

  • 2 lemon-and-lime yogurt small vases

  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

  • 1 cup granola

  • 2 fresh mint leaves

Instructions

Dice the pineapple

Dice the pineapple into small chunks. Rinse the mint leaves and slice them thinly.

Layer the parfait

Spoon half of the pineapple to the bottom of the two jars. Drizzle with a little maple syrup, then cover with one small pot of yogurt for each jar. Cover with granola, and add a top layer with the remaining fresh pineapple. Drizzle with the remaining maple syrup.

Garnish and serve

Sprinkle the mint on top of each parfait and serve. Enjoy!
