Ingredients

  • 3 cooked beets

  • 1 teaspoon horseradish sauce (UK style)

  • 1 garlic clove

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup

  • 2 tablespoons rice cream (you can use soy or other dairy cream)

  • 1 dash of dill

  • 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Prep the ingredients

Dice the beets into chunks. Peel the garlic clove and halve it. Squeeze the lemon.

Put all the ingredients into a mixer's bowl and blend them together until you obtain a smooth sauce. Adjust of salt and pepper if needed. Use immediately or store it in the fridge for up to 4 days.
